We would like to introduce ourselves. For those of you who are not familiar with the Bromley at Fiskerton we are Pete & Shirley and we have had pubs in the Nottinghamshire area for many years. We have always taken great pride in producing quality home-cooked foods and also think it is important to create the right ambience for you to enjoy your meal in a calming, relaxing and pleasant environment - hence the new make-over!
Wherever possible we strive to supply local sourced produce and our butchers are supplied by local farmers only. All our beef is matured the old-fashioned way by hanging the beef on the bone for 21 - 28 days. Our fruit and vegetables supplier also source only locally grown produce.
